Our chargrilled burger bun is a true artisan product. The dough is fermented for 24 hours, which allows the full flavour of the bread to develop. Each piece is hand shaped before being stone baked, giving a light and airy texture. The flavour of the bun is given it’s ultimate finish by chargrilling across red hot rollers.
