Paratha is a traditional Indian flatbread, common across all of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It is made by layering wheat dough before cooking them in a shallow pan. Our Parathas are supplied raw and frozen. To cook, simply dry fry in a pan for around 30 seconds on each side (cook straight from frozen). It’s the layering of the dough that makes a Paratha different from chapatis or rotis, the result is a slightly sweet, flaky bread that is perfect for mopping up curry or stuffing with meat or vegetables for a tasty India style wrap.
