Bulgogi in Korean translates as fire meat – this is a bit like Korean barbecue sauce. It uses the natural acid from apples as a tenderiser along with toasted sesame, garlic, ginger and sweet soy. It is fantastic to marinade beef, pork or chicken or used as a stir fry sauce.
