Japanese Miso Soup is a traditional soup consisting of a stock, called “Dashi” into which softened miso paste is mixed. Dashi stock is made using a variety of dried Kelp and mushrooms. To prepare the broth, you simply add to hot water and simmer for a few minutes – really simple and really effective.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: When making up the broth, it should not be an over dominating flavour, just the perfect seasoning for all the lovely ingredients you have in the bowl. In our option adding 1kg of the paste to 10 litres of water is the perfect balance.
